Wednesday, December 26, 2012 - Beautiful. Had it with reindeer filet. Almost black in color. Dark forest fruit on the outstanding nose. Sweet. Some mint. You can immidiately smell the quality. Looong finish. Good acid, oak, and still a good amount of tannins. I will have my next bootle in 3 years, and look forward to it.
