Decanted for 20mins before serving. This wine was served with a leg of lamb. The colour is a strong ruby red and has very little legs. The nose has a hint of spiciness. The first mouthful a little dry perhaps due to the spiciness but this is still a full bodied wine and has kept it age well. The feel is not as velvety nor the finish as elegant as I remembered of its brethren I savoured several years before but definitely still an enjoyable wine.
