Sunday, February 25, 2007 - Beaucastel (Eva Restaurant): Light gold color. An intense complex nose of tropical fruit, flowers, honey, and just a hint of oak. Full body, rich and smooth on the palate. This has more of everything. Very impressive. Long persistent finish.
