Saturday, January 5, 2013 - First time in several years I am having this. Pale gold color. Nose is mostly flowers and fruit, with the faintest toasty note, but very clean and fairly sedate overall. Good effervescence with fine bubbles. Palate is very round- pear, apricot and honey- with muted acidity. A little minerality on the back of the palate as well. This is very drinkable and compares well with similarly priced Prosecco and Cava. Solid stuff.
