Thursday, January 10, 2013 - Decanted as the wine was extremely tight upon opening. Color was a combination of rose and magenta. Brambly and savage aromas along with tart cherry. Flavors of cured meats, cherry, pie spices. Very complex and thought provoking. Decent finish. Very food friendly. Would purchase again.
