Thursday, January 17, 2013 - Awesome explosion of flavors first some earthy tones such as cocoa and tobacco followed by berry fruit and a long semi spicy finish. Could probably use another 2-3 years development but is wonderful right now. Kudos to Shafer for such a great effort.
