Saturday, September 29, 2012 - Minerally, dry, and dusty with brioche, yeast, stonefruit, green apple, quince, apricot, lemon citrus, lemon-lime pith, must, and white floral notes. Its crisp - more spritzy than bubbly - with good acidity and a decent finish.
