Thursday, January 31, 2013 - Decanted for about 0.5 hours. Ready and singing. Bright red fruits, with secondary development on the nose and palate. Complex, floral nose, with a medium-bodied impression. The finish fans out...really nice. Should remain at its peak for another 5 years easy...everything I look for in a Burg.
