Friday, February 8, 2013 - Bought four bottles of these for a good price upon release. Opened the first one way too early back in 2009. It showed much promise, but was still too funky and not well integrated. What a difference 4 years make - this time it was ready for action. Very rich, dark fruit with integrated fine tannins and excellent structure. Positively delightful with a Beef Bourguignon. Wish I could go back in time and tell myself to go for the whole case on this one. Glad I have a couple more though.
