Thursday, February 14, 2013 - Clear, straw yellow, with bubbly rim, and beautiful tiny bubbles from multiple sources.
Clean, med - intensity, aromas of toast, pralines, wet clothes,ripe grapefruit.
Dry, med alcohol, med + acidity, low tannins (can feel those white skins!), med - body, perfect effervescence, with further tastes of lemon, tofu, unripe melon, banana, and hazelnut. Perfect balance between creamy and bubbles. With a floating finish that never ends. Love this!
