Friday, February 15, 2013 - Maturing but lively appearance, medium deep colour, warm red; fragrant bouquet with some black fruit, cool minerality and tertiary aromas of leather, smoky bacon and of soy, floral topnote; elegant depth and weight of fruit, velvety tannins provide good grip, lovely elegant acidity, vibrant and fresh; subtle and nuanced finish with good intensity and excellent length.
