Sunday, February 17, 2013 - When I first decanted the bottle at 10:30 am, it tested bland, the taste washed out by its age. We drank it at 7:00 PM along other St-Estèphe and magic occured... it came back to life. Although it did taste as if it was on life support, it's structure and complexity were very present. A really nice experience.
