Sunday, March 3, 2013 - Decanted 3+ hrs prior to tasting. Shows inprovement from bottle a year ago... has now reached early maturity. Gravelly and dusty as before but with more fruit and intensity than I remember and better integration. Good structure and acidity... lovely stuff. Med+ body with a firm and clean mouthfeel. Doesn't have the flesh or weight of some subsequent vintages... more classically styled. Re-bottled last glass and threw it in vacuum bar. Consumed next day and showed even better with more depth and intensity. Quality wine at a great price that should improve and drink well for a decade at least. 92+
