Saturday, March 2, 2013 - Another Saturday at Domaine (Domaine Wine Storage, Chicago IL): Nose: The nose was a bit dominated by oak along with tones of herbs, tobacco, mocha, and a good amount of dark red fruits.

Taste: Medium/full bodied with medium acidity and supporting tannins. Balanced, but the oak is the principle note with some nice tones of dark red fruits, herbs, and tobacco.

Overall: The oak, while there, wasn't too rampant. It was the main note, but there were still very good tones underneath.
