Tuesday, March 5, 2013 - Aromas of sweet red currant and cherry immediately greet the nose, followed by dusty minerality, cigar, cedar, touch of leather. Medium body with silky texture, sweet soft tannins that finely integrate with the wine after about 2 hours of air (no decanting required). Flavor in the mouth is of red fruit and pepper; lingering finish that begs for a fine cut of steak. Drink now or within two years.
