Wednesday, March 6, 2013 - Decanted for about 4 hours, then tasted over the next 24. Very closed initially, but after 24 hours, it really opened up. Deep, dark, rich fruit flavors, touch of field flowers. Chewy tannins. Quite impressive. I should get more.
