Monday, March 11, 2013 - Really nice. Drinking wonderfully and while it will probably be fine to sit on for 5+ years I enjoyed tasting and smelling it change throughout a long evening. To start, it was soft and elegant with chocolate covered blueberries but later on it was more high-toned cherry fruit with a crisp edge. The whole time it had a wonderful old world perfume. Open now to appreciate the way it progresses throughout the evening with a friend, but save it for a year or two if you want to drink with a crowd as it may go too quick to appreciate how it improves and grows with time.
