Thursday, March 21, 2013 - Pretty light ruby color. Nose of bread, vanilla, citrus, & a little cherry. Crisp light palate of cherry, citrus, and minerals. Good length. Lively acidity. Pretty dry (real Brut), but not overly so. Nice, balanced sparkler from the Wachau.
