Monday, March 25, 2013 - Corkbuzz Wine Studio NYC Back Vintage Wine Class (Corkbuzz - NYC): From Corkbuzz Wine Studio NYC Back Vintage Wine Class on 3/25/2013: Very exciting wine. Really has taken hold of the vintage dirty notes from aged CDP: all smoked meat, sausage, white pepper, hay, dirt, soil, earthy. This wine lasted like a charcuterie meat platter. Maybe not for everyone, but perfect example of rhone style wine for me.
