Sunday, March 31, 2013 - Quintessential & Quixotic; 3/30/2013-3/31/2013 (Scott & Todd's): Opened Friday night for a quick taste and slo-ox treatment, which worked like a charm on the Corona Vineyard opened last year by accident during the April Fool's tasting. Not so with this wine this year, as this showed better on Friday and Sunday than when served to the group on Saturday. Dense, full bodied, gobs of fruit but not too heavy, but at times chunky and lacking grace. Not shut down but I'm going to hold the remainder 3+ years.
