Saturday, March 24, 2007 - Seemed a bit disjointed the first day... a bit like a sweet wine trying too hard to be dry, or perhaps a dry wine trying too hard to be sweet. Seemed to integrate better the second day. Still... a bit more fruity than minerally for my tastes. I preferred the Le Mont demi-sec in this vintage.
