Saturday, April 6, 2013 - Opens a bit tight, but quickly shows a nose of petrol, white peach, apricot blossom, and honey. On the palate it's a bit sweet and a bit acidic, balancing each other well. Pineapple and passionfruit compete with the citrus and stone fruit flavors as this wine opens up further, and I feel it's best served with only a slight chill. The finish is crisp and drying, preparing the palate for another sip or bite of food.
