Saturday, April 20, 2013 - Medium yellow with a bit of green hue in color and a nose of sharp, thin citrus, mostly grapefruit and lemon. Predominantly sharp, dry lemon with some honey and tons of minerality. Above average acidity provides a clean, easy drinking wine. This has gained weight and depth over the past 2 years.
