This is a blend of 95% CS and 5% Petit Verdot, inox fermenting tanks, 22 months in oak, total production of 192.000 btl.
Oh '06, we meet again ! Gorgeous nose, multilayered filled with black fruits, lum and berries, black olivess, sweetly toasted vanilla and nutmeg.
Round in the palate, as sweet as I remember it to be, enough acidity to offer excellent balance, welcoming spicy notes with nutmeg and cinnamon now, rich fruity character and body, medium to long aftertaste. A crowd pleasing and straightforward wine. If only it was cheaper !!
