Friday, April 26, 2013 - Anniversary Dinner (The Anvil Club, East Dundee, IL): Decanted about 10 hours. Notes of dark fruit, violets, plum, chocolate, spice and vanilla. Full-bodied, with firm yet approachable tannins and flavors of vanilla, spice, cassis and black currants. Long finish.
