Monday, May 6, 2013 - Slow-oxed for 8h, then brought to dinner at MASH, London. This was much better than the last bottle. Same fantastic nose of pencil shavings, black currents and sweet cassis. But much better balance in the mouth, not the strange, bitter after-taste I got last time. Still not typical for a -96, but complex yet approachable. It got better still, the more we had of the lovely beef at MASH.
