Sunday, May 12, 2013 - Mildly premoxed. Drinkable, but not at a Grand Cru (or even 1er Cru from an excellent vintage) level. Needs to be chilled down quite a bit to get the perceived acid to a sufficient level (and also to cool down the alcohol and sherry notes). Drinking this with some strong cheese - it is adequate. Glad this is the last one.
