Friday, May 17, 2013 - This is the first New Zealand cab I've ever had. It came up as bold and chewy at the beginning. licorice, a hint of green peper. We used a simple aerator and waited for about 30 minutes. After that, the wine became softer, blackberry and currant showed up, nicely balanced. There was a good medium finish.
