Friday, May 4, 2012 - Paired with marinated chicken (ginger, garlic, peppers), mashed potatoes and stir-fried spinach. A lot of alcohol tones, but not annoying. Very rich and full taste. After 1 hour more sharp tones evolved what made the wine more complex and surprisingly good with the dish. Will buy again. Very good p/q ratio (€ 8.95)
