Tuesday, May 28, 2013 - The nose took quite some time to open and harmonize - marzipan, floral notes, citrus essence, apples, a touch of honey. Very fresh, med+ body, round, rather mineral. Lots of citrus, lemon zest on the palate. Very intense yet rather straightforward. Very long. Citrus and mineral aftertaste. Looks like an infanticide.
