Friday, June 7, 2013 - A terrific Cabernet. Still youthful. Deep red, all the way to the rim. Nose is all cassis, pencil lead, and maybe a bit of cedar. Bracing acidity and ample tannins. At 10 years this is a baby, but terrific tonight with grilled rack of lamb.
