Wednesday, June 26, 2013 - Now, that was a surprise. This was a very well designed wine with a damned nice execution by the winemaker. Considering the grapes employed, it was pretty close to unimprovable. The balance was perfect and the midpalette creamy. Sufficient finish for a food wine. Paired fine woth a macaroni and cheese cassarole. Simple decadence. Picking up more and will be among the bottles I take to our wine tasting party next month.
