Saturday, June 29, 2013 - My first GV. I definitely enjoyed it, but struggled getting a whole lot on the nose. The flavor profile reminded me of Rieslings I've had, but there was an extra exotic taste at the end I couldn't quite put my tastebud on. Nice balance and paired great with a fennel celery salad at lunch the next day.
