Wednesday, June 26, 2013 - This wine has evolved for the better. The first of my six bottles was too acidic. The citrus is still there, but adds to the experience now rather than overwhelming everything. Has an unusual array of other flavors......perhaps some pineapple. Wish I was good enough to identify all of them. Good wine for those that do not like overly buttery chardonnays.
