Tuesday, July 23, 2013 - Drinking nicely now. Much smoother after 30 minutes airing. No more 2010 vintage available, but will purchase the 2011 based upon the positive reviews here. Terrific pairing with seared ahi...a winner!
Day 2 with pasta: didn't think the pairing would work, but the fruit matched fine. Bought 2 more bottles of next vintage.
