Thursday, July 25, 2013 - PnP, served non-blind. Medium ruby, faded to the rim. Fully mature aromas of strawberry and plum flecked with toffee bits, river bed and vanilla creme; with time in the glass, garrigue and melted red licorice. Medium-bodied, fresh acids, mature flavors that largely follow the nose. Tart entry, slightly earthy; average finish and avg complexity on the palate, but for just $10, I'm very happy - this is a good, solid food wine. 14,0% abv, drink thru 2014. recommended
