Friday, July 26, 2013 - IPNC Lunches and Dinners; 7/26/2013-7/27/2013 (McMinnville OR): Tasting. Subdued start. Ripe apple and pear emerge with with time and air, as does some sweet spice. Forward and slightly lush, very engaging today.
