Thursday, August 1, 2013 - Notes from day 2.
Dark red to purple in color.
Nose of cherry, spice, peppers, earth.
Palate of red cherry, plum, tobacco and earth, green pepper skin, and pepper.
The finish was above averge in length, good mouthfeel, and structure.
Overall great wine, with nice acidity.
