Tuesday, August 6, 2013 - A bit tight out of the gate, but all its charms became evident by the second night. Rich, lemon custard, light florals, and a pat of butter on the nose. The oak is very much dialed back, letting plenty of citrus fruit and minerality come to the fore, with everything well structured and balanced and delineated. No roundness or flabbiness here, but no angularity or austerity either. Superb!
