Sunday, August 11, 2013 - Notes after a night open. Medium gold with a bright shine and very clear. Mild nose that starts with some toast at the rim and brings in the citrus, vanillin, meringue, and butterscotch towards the middle. Palate confirms the nose and is backed up with some very fresh acidity on this morning after. Great length, as I kept waiting for that point where it could or would drop off and it really just kept going. Has developed quite generously in the past couple years and it isn't done yet. 5+10+17+9 = 91+
