Saturday, August 24, 2013 - Strong notes of mint, eucalyptus, and cedar. Much better than the last bottle from five months ago. Probably at its prime now. Best within 15-45 minutes upon opening, but still drinking alright on the next day. Have this with a dry rub steak!
