Wednesday, September 18, 2013 - Best showing of an Alpine yet for me. Decanted for an hour and it presented as a fully integrated, soft red berried pinot. Some nice soft cake spice with a touch of cranberry, but not tart. Elegant fine finish. I think this wine (at least this bottle) is ready and reaching its prime.
