Wednesday, April 27, 2005 - 1996 Bordeaux Blend: Cinq Cepages vs Lynch Bages (Tahoe Dollar Point): Wonderful wine, great density and richness, full flavored fruits with substantial tannins in the mouth feel. Initially closed up but opened up with decanting; this is a classic Lynch Bages with years of pleasure ahead. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec and Petit Verdot.
