Tuesday, November 5, 2013 - Medium peachy-pink. Shy nose of fresh-cut apple and cranberries. The palate is richer, a sappy middle with red fruit edges, the finish is pleasingly tart and medium. The taste leans more towards the rose than the sparkling, opposite for the texture.
