Fantastic wine. Pale golden color altering to various shades of green when swirled in light. It is a wonderful example of a quality Cava with ripe tropical fruit such as kiwi and pineapple, almonds along with a slight toasted bread quality that slowly ends into a silky creamy finish. Although it lacks any residual sugar, the it has lovely crisp but not attacking acidity that goes perfectly with spicy cuisine. 4.5
