Saturday, November 23, 2013 - Golden yellow in colour. Ripe, sweet fruit, tropical notes, baked apple, brioche, a hint of honey. Fine and gentle bubbles, rich and off-dry on the palate, apples, stone fruit, lime, yeast, good freshness, young and bold. Slightly oxidised. Complex and rich, excellent. Good future. 93+
