Thursday, November 28, 2013 - What a superb champagne! We opened a magnum at noon for the traditional thanksgiving champagne toast and this blew us away. Yeasty brioche and muted peaches, pears, apples, persimmons, and nectarines. Finely textured bubbles which were actually fluffy pillows of Chardonnay. If this gets better in a few years I will be blown away. One of the best young champagnes I've tasted.
