Friday, December 6, 2013 - Much cleaner, purer, and more accessible than the 2001. Unlike its older brother, a juicy-fruity with no signs of adolescent sulking, and a sure-fire crowd-pleaser. I wouldn't throw it up against goose, grouse or grass-fed beef, but perfect for pig, partridge, or pheasant.
