Saturday, December 7, 2013 - Ninth Annual White Truffle Dinner (Chez Weber - Chicago IL): Nice floral start with apple and some peach aromas. Fat fruit flavors with firm structure that today comes across as slightly awkward, not yet fully integrated. Upside potential as its harmonizes.
