Saturday, December 7, 2013 - Only my 2nd PB ever. Not as full or as ripe as the 1st one I had some years back at London's Traveller's Club. With more air honey & tropical fruit slowly emerges, mango, slight stony minerality. Medium body, medium acidity. Not thrilled but not disappointed either.
